PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Management Team ensures our clients that all projects are completed on time. One of the reasons why we have been successful in completing all our projects on time is because we have a clear line of communication between our Project Management Team, Manufacturing Facility, and General Contractors. Before we start any renovation project our experienced Project Management Team will develop a well planned strategy on how all FF&E will be packed and delivered to meet with all job schedules and timelines. On certain occasions, materials are expedited to your site in order to maintain a proper sequencing during construction or renovations. With our Project Management Team in tact, you can rest assured that all jobs are running smoothly and according to schedule.

LOGISTICS
Our Logistics team will make sure tracking of all inbound/outbound freight is handled properly and set in place. Items that are packaged and shipped from our Manufacturing Facility will be monitored and a full inventory list can be provided upon request. Upon arrival to jobsite, we can source a secure warehouse storage facility nearby if available. Our Logistics team offers real-time freight claim reporting and tracking of all FF&E furnishings. A project status report can be provided at all phases of your project upon request. Our Logistics Team will make sure all inbound/outbound freights will be handled in way that will be the most time efficient and beneficial to your budget.

Logistics and Budget Analysis

Our Project Management Team provides you with a comprehensive, single-source FF&E / OS&E management solution that puts you in the driver's seat during your new construction or renovation projects. One of the most important considerations in any successful FF&E / OS&E project is the development of a sound strategy for implementing a smooth transition for completion of the construction, which creates a realistic schedule for turnover and installation. Managing the processes between completing the construction and performing the installation requires participation of an experienced project management team that is able to develop solid plans and contingencies from the very beginning of the project.

Developing a solid plan requires communication with the contractors and coordinators of the new construction or renovation project in a proactive and comprehensive manner. Our experienced Project Management Team will participate in developing and implementing a realistic turnover plan with the other trades in order to properly schedule the staging and delivery of the FF&E / OS&E. Expediting these deliveries to your site is critical to maintaining a proper sequencing during construction or renovations and with our Project Management Team in place, you can be sure everything is being handled properly.

We integrate the purchasing requirements, the tracking of all inbound/outbound freight, the creation and maintenance of a complete product inventory, provide secure warehouse storage, manage real-time freight claim reporting and tracking, handle staging of fixtures, furnishings and equipment locally, as well as operating supplies and equipment locally, removal and disposal of any FF&E / OS&E items to be removed and replaced, personally handle pickup and delivery to your site of all items using our own trucks and personnel, perform all of the necessary installation on location and provide project status reporting during all phases of your project. By managing all of these activities with a single point of control, we provide the most cost efficient and effective schedule management to insure your project stays on budget and on time.

BUDGET ANALYSIS
Before starting your project, our experienced Budget Analysis Team will take into account your project budget and offer suggestions on what materials and designs will be best suited for your project.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND QUALITY CONTROL
We have both Quality Control overseas and Quality Control in the United States to ensure all products are good before arriving at Jobsite. We also have experienced Technicians to answer any questions regarding or relating to our furniture or cabinet construction.

DOCUMENT CONTROL / SHOP DRAWINGS
We will make sure we produce our FF&E to go accordingly with your blue prints/ architectural plans. Producing accurate shop drawings and notifying customers of any conflicts in design is our specialty. Contacting architect/general contractor for further clarification and support/recommendations based on past experiences.

DESIGN
